Excellent service and hassle-free
We arrived at Narita with a lot of luggage- far too much to attempt the train. We had pre-booked through Tokyo MK. The service was incredible, our driver met us at the arrival gate, was so friendly and nice, and the fare was exactly as quoted. The car was comfortable and luxurious- it even had WiFi! It will be hard to go back to the N'EX after this experience!
We sent a colleague who had never been to Japan nor speaks the language. The airport pick up was waiting with a sign even though our traveler arrived and got through Customs quicker than expected. Thank you Tokyo MK and Hiromi for taking such good care of our traveler.
Amazing service, highly recommended
We booked, in advance, two trips with Tokyo MK, one from Haneda airport to our hotel and another from our hotel to a cruise ship port. On both trips our driver was professional, courteous, and the van we booked was very comfortable. The fare was reasonable and very close to the price that was quoted beforehand. As well, the dispatchers at Tokyo MK speak great English.
