1.       Cancellation fees apply for all cancellations made on the same day that vehicles are scheduled to be dispatched.
Vehicles are dispatched approximately 30~40 minutes prior to the pick-up time for locations in Tokyo’s 23 wards (timing may vary depending on the location).
Vehicles are dispatched approximately 1~2 hours prior to the pick-up time for locations in the Greater Tokyo Area, Kanagawa prefecture, Saitama prefecture, and Chiba prefecture.

Vehicles are dispatched approximately 45 minutes prior to the designated flight arrival time for pick-ups at Haneda Airport.

Vehicles are dispatched approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes prior to the designated flight arrival time for pick-ups at Narita Airport.

 

2.       No cancellation charges will be imposed if the cancellation is made at any point in time from the day before pick-up to 3 hours before the pick-up time on the day itself.
 

3.       If the cancellation is made when the vehicle is on its way to the pick-up location, a cancellation fee of 420 yen (vehicle fee) will be charged.
If the cancellation is made for a booking with a designated time between 5:00 AM to 8.49 AM, a total cancellation fee of 1,000 yen (booking fee) + 420 yen = 1,420 yen will be charged.
For bookings with a designated pick-up time, a metered waiting fee will apply 5 minutes after the designated time.
If the cancellation is made after the designated pick-up time and after the vehicle has arrived at the specified pick-up location, please note that a cancellation fee equivalent to the metered waiting fee will be charged.
This rate applies only to the city center (central 23 wards). Please contact us for other areas.

 

4.       For pick-ups at Narita Airport, if the cancellation is made when the vehicle is on its way to the Airport or after it has arrived the Airport, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the fixed taxi fare + actual expressway tolls + actual carpark fees will be charged, as the taxi will return to Tokyo using the expressway.
