Starting March 21st Late-Night and Early-Morning Surcharge: 20% increase from 22:00 to 05:00 (Please note that due to the above change, the late-night and early-morning surcharge for Haneda Airport and Narita Airport flat-rate fares will also be increased to 20%.)
Despite our ongoing efforts to maintain a 10% increase, the recent rise in various costs and labor shortages necessitates this adjustment to a 20% surcharge.
