Currently, due to a trial implementation at the taxi pick-up lanes at Haneda Airport International flights, we are unable to provide meet and greet services. As a response, we will have our drivers call you to coordinate the meeting location. Depending on the situation and to alleviate congestion, there may be instances where we ask for your patience as we may need to wait a little after your arrival at the pick-up area before dispatching the car.
