Temporary suspension of vehicle door service
For better social distancing between the driver and passenger, the driver will no longer open and close the vehicle door for you unless you are unable to do it yourself. (Your luggage will be handled by the staff.)
Not providing an important service like opening/closing the door will be troublesome for customers. We at Tokyo MK apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding.
